CT UAV specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Anti-UAV systems across 16 primary product lines.

CT UAV possesses one of the region’s leading rates of intellectual property creation, generating hundreds of inventions, patents, utility solutions, industrial designs, and technical innovations every year. CT UAV currently owns 172 intellectual property (IP) assets with a total valuation of nearly USD 200 million.

FLAGSHIP TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS

Today, CT UAV manufactures nearly all of the components and subsystems of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
 
Passenger UAV (CT-2W1) represents the pinnacle of CT UAV’s research and development achievements.
 
This product incorporates advanced eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) technology and is capable of carrying 5 passengers, with a cruising speed of 200 km/h and an endurance of up to 2 continuous flight hours. It marks a major breakthrough toward realizing Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and Regional Air Mobility (RAM) in Vietnam.
 

MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

5 Manufacturing Plants Currently in Operation at CT Hitech – CT Group’s Concentrated Digital Technology Park (DT743 Road, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)

Total Area: 27,739 m², MEP and Fire Protection Systems Compliant with Japanese Standards:

  • Composite Manufacturing Plant:  Carbon fiber UAV airframes and ultra-lightweight composite materials.
  • PCB Microelectronics Manufacturing Plant: Printed circuit boards (PCBs) and communication modules.
  • Motor Manufacturing Plant: High-performance electric motors.
  • Battery Manufacturing Plant: Battery pack assembly and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
  • Assembly and Packaging Plant: Final Product Completion and Export.

Large-Scale Battery and UAV Industrial Clusters Under Development in Tay Ninh including:

  1. High-Energy-Density Battery Manufacturing Complex – 71 hectares in Tan Hoi: The largest multi-technology UAV battery industrial cluster in ASEAN.
  2. Hydrogen Battery Manufacturing Complex – 75 hectares in Tan Hoi: The largest industrial cluster in ASEAN dedicated to hydrogen batteries for long-range UAVs.
  3. Integrated UAV Technology Complex – 400 hectares in Trang Bang: The largest industrial cluster in ASEAN for integrated UAV research, development (R&D), and manufacturing.

CT UAV has established an ecosystem of 22 laboratories meeting international standards, including an AI Lab dedicated to training artificial intelligence models using real-world data from Vietnam and across ASEAN.

CT UAV has also established a battery assembly plant in California and is developing a network of battery laboratories and manufacturing facilities in the United States.

MASTERY OF CORE TECHNOLOGIES

CT UAV has achieved a high level of technological self-reliance, with an average localization rate of 87.5% across its core technologies, including: Aerodynamics, Flight control systems, Composite materials technology, High-energy-density multi-technology battery systems, High-performance electric motors, Electronic and telecommunications microchips, AI-powered recognition and intelligent control, Secure communications technologies.

In addition, CT UAV is also developing several new technologies, including:
