CT UAV (a member of CT Group Hi-Tech), together with partner TJ Aerospace, has officially inaugurated a UAV joint venture assembly plant in Garden Grove, California, marking a historic milestone for Vietnam’s UAV industry.
The inauguration ceremony was held on September 21, 2026, with the participation of representatives from local authorities, joint venture partner TJ Aerospace, along with businesses, experts, and distinguished guests in Southern California.
“Our team had to work continuously overnight to prepare for today’s factory inauguration” shared Ms. Lilly Le – Business Development Director of CTJ Joint Venture.

The UAV plant in Garden Grove represents a powerful combination of the two parties’ outstanding strengths. Beyond the synergy of experience and expertise, the balanced contributions within the joint venture also enable both parties to optimize resources, reduce production costs, and strengthen international competitiveness. Within the joint venture, CT UAV contributes technology, machinery, equipment, and financial resources while taking responsibility for product development. Meanwhile, TJ Aerospace contributes facilities, financial resources, machinery, as well as established networks and relationships in the United States.
The momentous moment has arrived
After one year of preparation, the UAV joint venture assembly plant in Garden Grove has officially commenced operations. The CTJ Joint Venture aims to bring more than 100 UAV units per day, ranging from drones to eVTOL aircraft, to the market once fully operational. Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, CTJ received strong interest from numerous potential customers, including Fire Departments, farms, and educational institutions.
Following this first facility in Southern California, CT UAV continues to pursue plans to establish an R&D center in the U.S. West Coast and develop a comprehensive distribution network across key states in the United States.

Previously, on September 2, 2026, during the event marking CT Group’s official transformation into two independent entities – CT Homes, a Real Estate & Infrastructure Group, and CT Group Hi-Tech, CT UAV unveiled its plan to pursue a listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange in 2027. This planned listing is expected to attract significant attention as the UAV industry is receiving strong interest from countries worldwide and global stock markets. Companies with distinctive technological capabilities, such as CT UAV, are often valued at market capitalization levels potentially reaching 25–30 times their charter capital.
