CT GROUP

On the morning of November 27, 2025, in Hanoi, CT Semiconductor (a member of CT Group) officially joined the Alliance for promoting training, research, and the development of a high-quality workforce for Vietnam’s semiconductor industry.

As one of the Alliance’s founding members, CT Semiconductor will collaborate to build a strategic cooperation network connecting education, research, and industry; foster research partnerships and knowledge transfer; and directly contribute to the goal of training 50,000 high-quality semiconductor professionals for Vietnam.

Speaking at the conference “Strengthening Cooperation to Advance Semiconductor Training and Research”, Mr. Wan Azmi Bin Wan Hussin – Chief Operating Officer of CT Semiconductor and representative of Vietnam’s semiconductor business community – emphasized: “Investment alone is not enough. To operate a semiconductor industry, Vietnam needs a highly skilled workforce—from engineers to technicians—who understand processes, equipment, and advanced-level troubleshooting.”

CT Semiconductor is currently a strategic partner to more than 100 clients and leading universities worldwide, including Arizona State University (USA), Inha University (Korea), Vietnam National University–HCMC, Vietnam National University–Hanoi, and Can Tho University. Together, they co-develop training programs, internships, and talent incubation initiatives for the next generation of semiconductor engineers.
