CT Modulex represents the first generation of robotic housing, capable of folding itself for container transportation and automatically expanding during installation. It comes fully equipped with five-star interior amenities, and is capable of self-generating electricity, water, and carbon credits, helping save construction time, reduce costs, and optimize transportation efficiency. It is highly suitable for modern living and can be integrated with advanced technologies such as AI and biotechnology.
This is a life-friendly robotic model that protects humans from the impacts of natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes.
APPLICATIONS OF CT MODULEX HOUSING:
• Residential housing
• Commercial buildings
• Floating resorts
• Offices/Schools
• Flood-zone housing
• Military camps
• Hospitals
• Emergency shelters
CT Modulex has completed the prototype design of a 36 m² flat-roof robotic home, developed at a full-scale 1:1 ratio. This prototype has been engineered with 6 core features:
- Can be compactly folded into a 20-foot shipping container.
- Can be automatically deployed at the push of a button within approximately 15–30 minutes on various terrains, featuring a self-leveling mechanical support system.
- Integrated with IoT and biosensors to monitor users’ health, emotional state, and daily habits.
- Automatically adjusts temperature, air quality, water supply, and lighting according to the occupants’ real-time conditions and needs.
- Integrated with solar energy, wind power, and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to ensure energy self-sufficiency.
- Incorporates atmospheric water harvesting technology, together with AI-powered intrusion detection sensors and AI cameras.
By 2030, CT Modulex aims to become the global symbol of the Robot Home era.
