On May 17, 2026, CT Group and the People’s Committee of An Giang Province signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; as well as the development of strategic technology products in support of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW issued by the Politburo.
Under the cooperation agreement, the two parties will collaborate in researching and implementing a wide range of key strategic technology areas, including: deploying multilayer digitalization systems and digital twins; developing the UAV ecosystem; carrying out research, development, and application activities in agricultural biotechnology; promoting green economy initiatives and carbon credits; and jointly studying, developing, and implementing a Low Altitude Economy (LAE) development model in line with national orientation, associated with digital transformation, innovation, green economic development, and sustainable development, tailored to the conditions, needs, and development strategies of each locality.
This strategic partnership between CT Group and the People’s Committee of An Giang Province not only contributes to realizing the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on the development of science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, but also opens up significant opportunities to foster new economic models, attract high-tech investment, enhance competitiveness, and create sustainable growth momentum for An Giang Province in the digital era.
