On June 9, 2026, at the Conference on Implementation and Investment Promotion for Rental Housing Development in Ho Chi Minh City, CT Group officially registered to participate in the Rental Housing Development Investment Program with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
According to the plan, CT Group will develop approximately 20,000–24,000 rental apartments, contributing to an increase in the supply of rental housing and meeting the growing housing needs of the City’s residents.
