The largest international conference & exhibition to attract real estate 2009” seminar (VnTPO – 2009) will be held on 20-22/10/2009 at the White Palace Convention & Exhibition Center (No. 194 Hoang Van Thu St., Phu Nhuan district, HCMC).
Vietnam Top Property Opportunities 2009 (VnTPO-2009) was organized with the objective of attracting real estate investors to strongly develop this market in the next cycle of development; introducing potential projects of Vietnam to international corporations to heat up real estate market, developing economy.
With the theme “Time of Big Opportunities” – “Time for great opportunities,” VnTPO-2009 collected over 700 large investors in the country and in the world, 90 senior leaders from Central and 30 potential provinces thoughout the country, introducing more than 500 real estate projects in Vietnam. Especially, VnTPO-2009 also invited experts and leaders of prestigious real estate companies in the city to attend and share successful experience and give new trends of real estate industry as well as the impact of real estate to the economy in general and trade in particular. In this seminar, Mr. Tran Kim Chung, C.T Group Chairman has joined the senior leaders of the foreign corporations, the state management agencies to share business experience in the industry, give reviews, plans and concern. This has attracted much attention of those interested and because it is an opportunity to learn the plans and methods for effective investment in feasible projects in the future.
