On the afternoon of May 6, 2026, students from the Aerospace Engineering program – International University, VNU-HCMC visited CT Innovation Hub 4.0 (CTI 4.0) – a next-generation innovation center at CT Group.

During the visit, students experienced a modern working environment, explored 12 high-tech business lines developed by CT Group, and participated in a career orientation talk focusing on job opportunities in the aerospace engineering field. Through the program, they gained valuable insights into workforce development trends in the era of innovation and digital transformation, while actively engaging in discussions and asking questions related to their field of study.

Đo Minh Hoang Phuc, a second-year Aerospace Engineering student, shared: “After the visit, I was truly impressed by CT Group, as the corporation is developing a wide range of high-tech industries, many of which are closely related to aerospace engineering, an area we are deeply interested in. We also hope to have opportunities to intern at the Group, so this was a great chance for us to broaden our knowledge, better understand the company’s mission, as well as the requirements it sets for candidates. This helps us better prepare ourselves while still in university.”

The program provided practical perspectives on career orientation, helping students better understand the mindset, skills, and adaptability required in high-tech industries. It also contributed to bridging the gap between academic training and real-world practice, while strengthening collaboration between universities and enterprises in developing high-quality human resources.
