CT UAV currently holds 172 intellectual property assets valued at nearly USD 200 million.
At the same time, CT UAV is scheduled to inaugurate a UAV manufacturing facility in the United States in Q4, 2026. The company has proposed a 71-hectare high-density battery plant, a 75-hectare hydrogen battery zone, and a 400-hectare UAV technology complex in Tay Ninh.
Regarding human resources, CT UAV currently employs over 900 scientists, engineers, and experts from Vietnam, the U.S., Japan, Israel, Taiwan, and China, with plans to expand the workforce to 9,000 by 2027.
Commercialization – CT UAV’s latest patented innovations reside at the cutting edge of modern UAV technology, including swarm UAVs, ultra-stable UAVs, stealth UAVs with AI-managed battery systems, and robotic UAVs. As a pioneer in the low-altitude economy in ASEAN, through GASCO-LAE, CT Group has established a presence in the low-altitude economy with 600 LAE services currently deployed in Vietnam and globally. GASCO-LAE is finalizing legal procedures to develop infrastructure for the Low-Altitude Economy, including an ASEAN Center at Truong Chinh – Cong Hoa, near Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat Airport, covering nearly 500,000 m² of floor area. In February 2026, GASCO-LAE, using CT UAV’s UAVs, inaugurated a regular commercial UAV route across the sea from Can Gio to Vung Tau, making Ho Chi Minh City the first city in ASEAN to operate a scheduled commercial UAV route.
In celebration of CT Group’s 34th anniversary, on June 28, GASCO-LAE (a member of CT Group), in collaboration with Red Bull and ALTA Media, conducted flights carrying mobile LED screens along the Saigon River. On July 3, GASCO-LAE partnered with a unit under the Ministry of Defense to operate automated UAV deliveries capable of non-stop landings on high-speed moving vessels. In the near future, GASCO-LAE plans to carry out 10,000 flights across 600 sectors in Vietnam and globally. Simultaneously, GASCO-LAE is implementing key initiatives for the development of space economy infrastructure, legal frameworks, and technical systems, including system planning, economic growth modeling, regulatory systems, radar systems, and video transmission and reception in weak-signal areas. Notably, compliance chips are a critical invention indispensable to the low-altitude economy.

CT UAV’s UAVs are capable of automated non-stop landings on high-speed moving vessels.
In the field of the 15-layer National Digital Twin, NDT 15 (a member of CT Group) has accelerated significantly, implementing a market expansion strategy along both B2G and B2B channels. The company focuses on smart cities, tourism, precision agriculture, aquaculture, environmental and disaster management, carbon MRV, forest management, ports, and industrial zones. This multi-layered digital twin world enables AI to operate efficiently, with planning and control, supporting sustainable GDP growth.
In the biotechnology sector, VGCT (a member of CT Group) continues to make global headlines with top-tier commercialized products. In April 2026, VGCT announced its bioengineered cornea transplantation technology from animals to humans and signed a partnership with the Vietnam Ophthalmological Society, helping over 6 million visually impaired people in ASEAN regain sight, thereby contributing not only to GDP growth but also to enhanced societal and individual well-being. VGCT is also preparing to launch the CTK Advanced Research Center for personalized cancer treatment, integrating the latest solutions from around the world.

The bioengineered cornea transplantation technology from animals to humans was announced at the International Scientific Symposium on Bioengineered Cornea in April 2026.
In the semiconductor sector, CT Group is investing in a complete end-to-end semiconductor ecosystem, which includes chip design technology, the deployment of GaN-based photolithography wafer fabs (III-V Compound group), and ATP facilities for assembly, testing, and packaging.
In the space technology sector, CT Verse (a member of CT Group) focuses on developing optical satellites, RF technology, 5G/6G, radar and antennas, as well as unmanned submersibles. In the first half of 2026, the company completed a 76 GHz radar prototype, developed 3D object detection algorithms, and expanded research to platforms including swarm UAVs, AUVs, ROVs, USVs, and continental shelf digital twins.
In the carbon credit sector, CCTPA (a member of CT Group) is advancing project groups in nine provinces and cities, with approximately 12 project groups related to forests, public lighting, emission reduction, sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, biochar, and carbon data. Products and technologies such as CarbonFly, Catalyst, dMRV, UAVs, and LiDAR are being deployed to support a carbon credit market that is transparent, standardized, and aligned with the trends of the green economy, fully compliant and traceable .
Reflecting on 34 years of resilient effort and the Vietnamese spirit of self-reliance and technological autonomy, CT Group is now accelerating the development of a fully integrated, mutually reinforcing deep-tech ecosystem, with strong mutual support, forming a solid foundation for a strategy of technological autonomy. Mr. Tran Kim Chung – Chairman of CT Group, shared: “CT Group has endured many sacrifices and hardships to develop strategic technologies and build numerous strategic technology factories and laboratories over the years. Today’s achievements are the result of tremendous effort, sweat and blood, determination, and the silent dedication of multiple generations of CT Group members and experts, and it is now time to seek support from the State and society, in the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW.”
