As a part of the series of events to welcome Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, the online talkshow “Beloved sales! Because we are entrepreneurs” organized by Thanh Nien Newspaper, with the companionship of CT Group, brought an accurate perspective on the role of sales in the real estate market and the economy in particular.
The real estate market plays a very important role in maintaining economic stability, controlling inflation, promoting the growth of national wealth and social security. Real estate is likely to spread to over 40 other key sectors of the economy, especially directly related industries such as construction, tourism, accommodation, manufacturing and finance – banking.
Playing an important role in the real estate industry are the real estate sales force – the intermediaries that make millions of transactions every year. This group provides optimal economic efficiency for real estate properties and sustainable profits for many individuals as well as businesses.
In recent years, the human resource market in the real estate industry in Vietnam has shaped and developed strongly. Even, the labor productivity of the real estate industry is 10 times higher than the general labor productivity of the economy.

In comparison to the labor market, the personnel in the real estate industry today are quite diverse; the majority of them are young, dynamic, and ever-changing. There is the situation that impromptu real estate sales distort the market, which makes society still refers to real estate sales as “storks.”
“Beloved sales! Because we are entrepreneurs” conveys humane and valuable messages about real estate brokerage career to the community. At the same time, the program aims to standardize human resources, promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market.
