On the afternoon of September 17, 2026, CT Innovation Hub 4.0 (CTI) and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (IEC) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a new milestone in strengthening the connection between academia, enterprises, and technology, with a focus on practical collaboration and real-world applications.
Under the MOU, the two sides agreed to focus on key areas of cooperation, including ecosystem connectivity and resource sharing; technology talent development; innovation programs and activities; workspace and product showcase support; investment connection and commercialization through CTIX; and support for intellectual property (IP) valuation and transactions.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Lê Thị Mai Tâm – Deputy General Director of CTI, shared: “Today’s cooperation lays the foundation for CTI and IEC to further expand joint programs in the future. Our focus is to connect VNU-HCM’s talent, intellectual property, and research projects with enterprise technology capabilities, investment resources, and commercialization capacity, thereby gradually transforming promising ideas into products with practical value.”
The cooperation between CTI and IEC is expected to create new opportunities for young talent development, accelerate innovation projects, connect research with market demand, and enhance the commercialization of technology and intellectual property in the coming period.
