On June 8-9, 2026, CT Group organized the CT Worksuite and CT Helpdesk Training Program for all employees across the Group. This important initiative was designed to help employees master digital work management and support request handling tools, thereby improving collaboration and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

During the program, participants were guided on how to manage tasks on CT Worksuite, set up and monitor KPI Plans, and practice creating and submitting tickets on CT Helpdesk in accordance with standard procedures. The training content was highly practical, enabling employees to quickly apply the knowledge to their daily work, enhance proactiveness, improve transparency, and effectively track work progress.
