On January 22, 2026, CT Group and Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UTH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation in the areas of human resource training, collaborative scientific research and technology transfer, as well as support for student activities.
Under the agreement, UTH will coordinate the organization of seminars, specialized forums, and professional upskilling programs to enhance the qualifications of staff, and will introduce highly skilled engineers and outstanding students to sit for recruitment examinations within the CT Group system. In addition, CT Group will provide conditions for UTH lecturers and students to conduct scientific research and participate in study programs to gain first-hand exposure to business practices and management at CT Group, with the aim of most effectively integrating training in theoretical knowledge with practical application, developing creative thinking, a spirit of commitment, and an aspiration to contribute to the community.
The signing of this cooperation agreement continues to reinforce the Triple Helix model (the State, educational institutions, and enterprises) aimed at developing high-quality human resources, promoting innovation, and advancing technology transfer in support of the nation’s long-term development strategy.
