On the morning of October 6, 2025, CT Group officially inaugurated the Assessment Program 2025 – Elevate Your Career with CT Group, welcoming more than 700 outstanding candidates, including students and graduates from universities under Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
Over the course of two days (October 6–7), participants had the opportunity to gain deep insights into CT Group’s vision, mission, development strategy, and 12 core business sectors, as well as explore the innovative milestones that have defined CT Group’s brand. In addition, they underwent a series of comprehensive assessments covering knowledge, IQ, EQ, problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills, designed to evaluate both professional and personal potential.
The program not only offered participants a meaningful and practical career experience but also provided young talents with an opportunity to gain deeper insights into CT Group’s working environment, corporate culture, and career development opportunities.
