At CT Group, the movement of “everyone contributes what they have” spread throughout all departments. From rice, instant noodles, clothes, medicine, to small items like books, all were collected with the hope of bringing a little warmth to people in flood-hit areas. On the night of September 16, trucks loaded with necessities and relief teams began rolling to the provinces of Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Lao Cai and Tuyen Quang.
Not only giving money and goods, CT Group’s members also rolled up their sleeves to clean up and repair the devastated areas. They did not come just to give material things, but also to share the pain and express their deep sympathy. The gifts were simple, but behind them were sincerity and deep humanity, along with a message from the South about the simple and profound affection of the Vietnamese people.
