On 24 April 2012 , CT Land (A members of C.T Group) has officially signed a partnership with CJ GLS (A Members of CJ Group – South Korea) to develop logistics systems in Vietnam. As part of the minutes of the conclusion, CT Land will cooperate with CJ GLS in exploiting logistics systems (buildings, warehouses) in BinhDuong, Da Nang and Tan Son (Bac Ninh). The next stage, CT Land and CJ GLS will look to establish joint venture for developing systems logistics large scale and wide across the country.
These agreements will be made in planning and implementation details before 30 June 2012. This partnership is in the linking process between the two CT Group and CJ Group was signed in early 2012 in order to maximize domestic resources available and the potential exploitation of the business of each party.
