At Vietnam – Singapore Business Forum taking place in Singapore on April 26 within the framework of the 32nd ASEAN Summit, President of C.T Group Tran Kim Chung signed a number of important agreements with Soilbuild – the Singapore-based leading integrated property group since 1976.
Witnessed by Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and representatives of the Singapore Government, major agreements have been signed between the two sides. These include a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the construction of I-Town Urban Area in Binh Chanh District – a US$350-million project under HCM City’s master plan to develop its satellite cities; and another MoU on the establishment of a US$64-million factory that utilizes Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technology in the building of residential apartments. This cutting-edge technology has been applied in Singapore lately and helps drive significant progress in the country’s construction industry.
Earlier, C.T Group successfully inked cooperation deal with Soilbuild Singapore to build and promote brand name of the 1600-apartment project located at 360 Ha Noi Highway, HCMC with total investment of nearly US$100 million.
