On the afternoon of December 2, Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Military Region 7, together with the command leadership and heads of the region’s military agencies, received a delegation from CT Group led by Chairman Tran Kim Chung at the 7th Military Region High Command.

During the visit, Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group, extended his congratulations to the Command leadership and the officers and soldiers of the Military Region’s Armed Forces on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Military Region Armed Forces’ Traditional Day (December 10, 1945 – December 10, 2025).
Mr. Tran Kim Chung said that over the past 20 years, CT Group has closely supported Military Region 7 in a wide range of activities, notably in implementing the region’s policies, projects and models for force development, strengthening the all-people national-defense posture, and caring for local communities. Going forward, CT Group will continue to support the region’s series of events marking the 80th anniversary and the “Xuan chien si” program in 2026.

He expressed CT Group’s intention to cooperate with the Military Region in technology exchange and the production of unmanned aerial equipment for military and defense purposes, as well as the development of dual-use technologies serving both civilian and defense sectors. He also proposed collaboration in building social housing for military personnel, constructing houses of gratitude, supporting civil–military engagement activities, and contributing to improving the material and spiritual well-being of officers, soldiers and local residents—thereby helping to further consolidate the all-people national-defense posture and strengthen the protection of the nation.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command, Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc expressed appreciation to CT Group’s leadership for the visit and their congratulations on this significant milestone.
He emphasized that throughout its 80-year history, alongside the tireless dedication of generations of officers and soldiers, Military Region 7 has always received valuable support from local authorities and meaningful contributions from enterprises, including CT Group. These resources have enabled the region’s armed forces to fulfill assigned missions, strengthen national defense, and reinforce defense zones to remain ready for all contingencies. As a result, many of the region’s initiatives have been highly commended by the Party, the State, military authorities and local communities.

Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Region, also expressed strong agreement with CT Group’s proposals and sincere appreciation for the Group’s support and contributions over the years. He expressed his hope that CT Group would continue to stay engaged, accompany the Military Region, and collaborate on the development of strategic projects and models of significant political, social, and humanitarian value in the coming period.
