YOUTH FESTIVAL AND RESOLUTION 57: WELCOMING STUDENTS FROM HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY – VNU-HCM

CT GROUP

On the morning of May 7, 2025, the Youth Festival and Resolution 57 Program welcomed students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – VNU-HCM to participate. During the event, the students toured and experienced the CT Innovation Hub, interacted with core technologies of Industry 4.0, and explored the creative working environment at CT Group, along with numerous exclusive benefits offered to young talents with innovative achievements.

Notably, participating students had the opportunity to directly engage with the Group’s leadership and representatives from technology companies to learn about career opportunities, welfare policies, and take part in an on-the-spot hot recruitment program, with immediate hiring decisions. At the end of the program, outstanding candidates who successfully passed the interviews on-site were selected to join the 30-day Excellence Trainee Program (EXPRO) — an exciting West Point-style journey featuring many compelling projects at CT Group.

As one of the outstanding students who passed the on-site hot recruitment program, Nguyễn Vĩnh Khoa (5th-year student, double majoring in Naval Architecture and Aerospace Engineering) shared: “When I came to visit the Group, I was quite surprised to witness firsthand such a modern working environment and the wide range of amenities provided for staff, which were very different from what I had imagined. Previously, I thought a workplace was just a simple office space, but here they even have a gym, swimming pool, meditation area, and even a creative coffee corner where you can make your own drinks. For me, the hot recruitment program with immediate results was particularly exciting. I felt extremely happy to have successfully passed the interview and to be given the opportunity to intern and work in such a dream environment.”
