CT HOMES MAKES A SHOCKING BET

CT GROUP

Anyone who can find a CT Homes homebuyer who has had to sell their property at a loss will receive a reward equivalent to twice the amount of that loss, an extraordinary declaration rarely seen from a real estate developer in the market!

On the morning of October 8, 2026, Swiss Holding, a company under CT Homes Group, held a ceremony to hand over the first batch of apartment ownership certificates to residents of the I-Home project after years of waiting.

To mark the occasion, CT Homes unexpectedly issued a bold challenge, declaring: “Anyone who can find a CT Homes homebuyer who has had to sell their property at a loss will receive a reward equivalent to twice the amount of that loss.” The announcement sent shockwaves through the real estate market at a time when many homebuyers are being forced to sell their properties at substantial losses.

Against such a bleak market backdrop, what gives CT Homes the confidence to offer such an extraordinary reward?

Amid market difficulties, it is sometimes necessary to return to the fundamental philosophies of business. What is the true value of real estate development, and what constitutes a genuine customer experience?

Looking back at its initial launch, I-Home, then known as “Beloved Home”, was offered at VND 999 million/apartment. This was an exceptionally attractive price for a development located in the heart of the former Go Vap District, featuring a French-branded swimming pool and a French-branded supermarket within the project. The developer made considerable efforts to enable buyers to benefit from the government’s VND 30 trillion preferential financing package for apartments priced below VND 1 billion. A representative of the developer once stated: “We could have sold the apartments for more than VND 1 billion. However, seeking mutual benefits for both parties, we decided to keep the prices below VND 1 billion so that our customers could qualify for the government’s low-interest financing package, even though we had to acquire residential land at a relatively high cost and received no government support whatsoever.” Today, the resale prices of many apartments have exceeded VND 3 billion, with customers reportedly achieving gains of more than 300%.

Many other CT Homes developments have also generated substantial returns for customers. According to the company, none of its projects has ever resulted in customers suffering losses due to declining property values. Even when projects encountered legal complications that placed CT Homes under severe financial pressure, the company remained willing to refund customers their payments together with exceptionally high interest. For more than 30 years, CT Homes has steadfastly upheld its philosophy of responsible business practices, guided by the principle of “Standing alongside people in their long-term pursuit of a better life.”

From the affordable I-Home development to another example, the luxury residential project Léman Luxury Apartments at 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, apartment prices have also increased by approximately 100% compared with their original purchase prices, despite ownership certificates not yet having been issued. CT Homes devoted meticulous attention to every aspect of the project’s design and construction, importing stainless-steel components from Japan and faucets from Italy,… Today, even after many years, the building still looks almost new, offering considerable potential for further returns to homebuyers.

Léman Luxury Apartments

Beyond demonstrating how its diverse developments have delivered benefits to the community, CT Homes has now introduced a development portfolio comprising 68 projects with a total land bank of 156.3 million square meters, spanning a broad range of property segments: transit-oriented development (TOD) real estate; luxury properties in prime locations; affordable, green and environmentally friendly apartment developments; packaged rental housing solutions; selected tourism properties integrating remote working and wellness; Smart Elderly Care Centers 4.0; science parks and mixed-use developments; integrated industrial and residential parks; green technology parks; and industrial and logistics real estate. Many of these projects are strategically situated at key gateways to city centers, accompanied by a variety of programs designed to provide optimal living solutions for customers – whom CT Homes regards as its true friends.

Against a backdrop of rising interest rates, CT Homes has announced a two-year loan interest payment grace period for customers. Under this policy, homebuyers will not have to worry about making interest payments during the first two years, giving them sufficient breathing room to navigate the broader period of economic difficulty. For customers who do not yet qualify for bank financing, CT Homes will also consider direct lending arrangements based on their financial capacity and suitable payment plans, while extending the same 2-year interest payment grace period.

“Real Projects – Real Assets – Real Returns” – backed by a track record spanning more than 30 years is precisely what gives CT Homes the confidence to issue such a rare challenge in the real estate market. Will anyone be able to find a CT Homes homebuyer who has been forced to sell at a loss and claim the reward worth twice that loss? The answer remains to be seen, and the market is eagerly awaiting the next developments in this extraordinary bet.
