On the afternoon of April 29, 2026, the AI First Training Program was successfully held at the F2 Training Center, attracting a large number of CT Group employees. The program focused on shaping an AI First mindset, positioning AI as a “virtual assistant” to enhance productivity and work efficiency.
During the program, participants were provided with a comprehensive foundation, from the AI First orientation to AI First Culture – the mindset of applying AI in daily work. They also gained a clear understanding of True AI, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as key principles of Governance, Risk, Control & Responsibility in data security and risk management. In addition, the Prompt Best Practice session, featuring the Role – Context – Task – Format framework and practical examples, enabled participants to effectively leverage AI in their tasks.
The program also featured Live Demo sessions showcasing real-world use cases, comparing outputs between effective and ineffective prompts, allowing participants to directly experience and optimize their use of AI at work. A key highlight was the action-oriented approach, where each department was required to develop relevant AI use cases. With a strong spirit of learning, active engagement, and high practical applicability, the program successfully achieved its objectives and laid a solid foundation for CT Group to progressively realize its AI First strategy across the organization.
