On October 24, 2025, CT Group and Jumpstart Disruptive Innovations Pte. Ltd (JDI) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Talent and Strategic Collaboration Initiative. This milestone marks an important step forward in CT Group’s journey to expand international cooperation, particularly in developing high-quality human resources.
Under the agreement, JDI will take the lead in connecting with universities, organizations, and partners within its ecosystem; coordinating student recruitment campaigns and managing potential talent pools; providing operational support, including matching, logistics, and reporting; maintaining regular communication with CT Group to review results and improve programs; and promoting CT Group as a strategic partner in recruitment initiatives. For its part, CT Group will offer internship, mentoring and orientation opportunities for students; host interns annually; collaborate with JDI in program design, branding and communication.
Through this partnership, CT Group and JDI aim to effectively leverage their combined strengths in infrastructure, human resources and experience in training, research, and technology transfer, paving the way for sustainable development and nurturing future generations of talent.
