Such achievements are vivid proof of the aspiration to master core technologies, create breakthrough momentum, and enhance national competitiveness and position in the integration process.
From the outset, CT Group demonstrated a resolution and long-term vision with numerous breakthrough products. A notable example is the first ADC chip developed by Vietnamese engineers in a record of just six months, paving the way for applications in defence, AI, UAVs, and smart devices.
This is a strategic step in the journey towards independence in core technologies. Accordingly, the group is implementing a chip design house system focused on research and development of AI and IoT chips, as well as chips for applications in cutting-edge sectors such as UAVs, defence, 5G/6G, and sensors.
“For the first time, we’ve launched the ADC chip design, a chip of great importance for Viet Nam in the spirit of Resolution 57. Typically, this chip would take two years to complete, but we tried and reduced it to just six months to meet the spirit of Resolution 57″. That’s precisely the power of Resolution 57, which has made everyone excited, said Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group.
CT Group has also pioneered the development of dual-use UAVs, integrating LiDAR and BIM technology for construction monitoring, land management, and construction safety inspections.
Particularly, the digital technologies developed by CT Group also support local authorities in the context of mergers, apparatus streamlining and the abolition of construction permits, when monitoring must rely on comprehensive digitalisation models, field data, and automated inspection systems.
Thanks to the Digital Twin platform, along with UAVs, AI and BIM, CT Group not only enhances management efficiency but also meets the requirements for monitoring modernisation, transparency and construction quality control.
In addition to ADC chips and UAVs, CT Group has developed intelligent management software solutions, AI-powered automated monitoring systems, IoT devices, smart city platforms, and next-generation sensor modules. These products not only meet domestic demand but also have export potential, affirming Vietnamese technology brands on the international stage.
At the same time, the group has included six strategic technologies in the national product portfolio, namely semiconductor, 6G, UAVs, gene and cell therapy, frontier economy and digital transformation. The Digital Twin 15 project provides the largest data axis for the National Data Centre, completing digital infrastructure and enhancing governance and monitoring capabilities.
CT Innovation Hub 4.0 has been developed as a comprehensive innovation ecosystem, connecting ideas, research and commercialisation. After just two months, the centre has welcomed over 100 delegations, spreading the spirit of creativity and serving as a strategic bridge between the research community and enterprises.
The group has built a network of hundreds of domestic and foreign experts and scientists, collaborating with the AI Institute and Fulbright University Viet Nam to create a solid research foundation.
Within six months, CT Semiconductor, a member of CT Group, has completed two “Train for the Trainer” courses for chip ATP technicians at the National Innovation Centre in Hoa Lac, demonstrating its training capacity and independence in core technologies.
Projects such as the Concentrated Digital Technology Zone, Space Ship One, the Bac Tan Uyen High-Tech Industrial Cluster, and the Ho Vinh Loc Ecological Science-Culture Park have also been implemented synchronously, contributing to enhancing national science and technology infrastructure.
Particularly, CT Group remains steadfast in its self-reliance strategy to master nine core 4.0 technologies: semiconductors; artificial intelligence; UAVs; green digital currency; carbon credit platforms; zero-emission prefabricated housing; electric cars and trains; quantum computers; genes and cells. This is a long-term orientation, affirming the company’s strategic vision and determination to lead in technology, contributing to elevating Viet Nam’s position on the international stage.
Additionally, the enterprise has strengthened international cooperation with partners from the US, Taiwan (China), China, Indonesia, and many advanced countries, implementing technology transfer suitable to Viet Nam’s conditions, realising the aspiration to master technology.
Ho Chi Minh City Chairman Nguyen Van Duoc emphasised: “CT Group’s strategic steps, from designing AI and IoT chips, UAVs… to packaging and testing, are clear evidence of harnessing the endogenous resources of Vietnamese enterprises. The launch of the ADC chip design is not only CT Group’s own pride but also contributes to realising the aspiration for a Viet Nam that masters core technologies and reaches international stature.”
In the first six months of implementing Resolution 57, CT Group successfully organised over 42 conferences with domestic and foreign universities on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
In addition, there is the “Youth Festival and Resolution 57” programme designed specifically for students with innovation aspirations. Within just three months of implementation, the programme has attracted thousands of outstanding students from Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho University, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, and others.
The group has also launched the “Peace of Mind to Create” programme with a starting salary of 20 million VND and an additional 10% bonus for students with outstanding achievements to attract a young, dynamic and creative workforce. Simultaneously, the group has implemented the digital learning movement through laying the foundation for creating a “virtual university” for innovation, aiming towards a “super virtual university” integrating pioneering technologies to promote revolutionary training, research and application.
It can be said that after six months of implementing Resolution 57, CT Group has affirmed its position as the only enterprise to successfully realise concrete, tangible technology products. This is convincing evidence of its pioneering capability and provides strong inspiration for the Vietnamese business community on the journey to master technology and affirm Viet Nam’s position on the global technology map.
