In the evening October 13th, 2012, in the show “ Loving Melody”, CT Group has supported VND 200 million to “For the poor” Fund of the year 2012. CT Group is one of the leading enterprises with active participation and contribution to the society in jointly sharing with miserable people, improving the ordinary lives and social security.
According to Mr. Duong Quan Ha, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City, Chief Manager of “For the poor” Fund, in the city, there are now still nearly 69,000 poor households, accounting for 3.76% of the total city population and more than 82,500 poor households waiting the community support and assistance. In addition, there are still 22 houses of gratitude, 712 houses of love, more than 1600 houses requiring to be repaired, with 22,431 poor students who need Nguyen Huu Tho scholarship and bicycle.
Thanks to the program, more than VND 108 billion to “For the poor” Fund was contributed by dozens of units, enterprises, donors.
