On the afternoon of July 18, 2025, the delegation from the Hanoi People’s Committee and the Department of Science & Technology, led by Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Mr. Truong Viet Dung, paid an important visit to CT Group to discuss innovation technologies.
The delegation held a productive working session with the Chairman of CT Group, with a particular emphasis on an in-depth visit and exploration of the CT Innovation Hub 4.0 model.
During the session, Mr. Truong Viet Dung expressed his strong impression with CT Group’s achievements – a company that has quietly operated yet delivered outstanding results, particularly in pioneering the successful implementation of the 4.0 Innovation Hub model.
“We came with a spirit of humility and many concerns about the modest scale of innovation and science-technology activities in Hanoi. We highly appreciate CT Group’s Innovation Hub 4.0 – a truly effective next-generation innovation center that requires no subsidies, operates authentically, and is well-received by the market..” shared Mr. Truong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee.

In response to the keen interest from the Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, Mr. Tran Kim Chung – Chairman of CT Group – shared detailed insights into the CT Innovation Hub 4.0 model. He emphasized the model’s significant advancements over the 3.0 generation and traditional startup centers, primarily driven by its operating technologies and value creation mechanisms.
“The Innovation Hub 4.0 marks a major leap forward compared to the 3.0 generation and traditional startup centers, largely due to its fundamental differences in operating technology and approach to value creation. The most distinct difference lies in its operating technology. While 3.0 centers are based on traditional processes and Web 2, the Innovation Hub 4.0 operates entirely on Web 3 and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition, with its unique ‘magnetic core’ model comprising nine core technologies and one coordination system, the Hub strategically attracts innovative ideas in a systematic and goal-oriented manner. This enables clear and efficient transformation of ideas into sharp, practical, and high-impact new products”, said Mr. Tran Kim Chung – Chairman of CT Group.

Notably, the core of the Innovation Hub 4.0 is built on blockchain technology, ensuring the uniqueness and intellectual property protection of innovative ideas. In the long term, CT Innovation Hub 4.0 aspires to evolve into a Super University of Innovation based on Web 3, where learning is seamlessly integrated with value creation and immediate monetization – providing powerful motivation for learners. In addition, the hub embraces a dual mission of digital transformation and green transition. Through the application of a carbon credit trading platform, it enables the conversion of green ideas into financial value.
CT Innovation Hub 4.0 is a comprehensive innovation operating system – a place that ignites passion, connects talent, and transforms ideas into real-world value.
