CT GROUP

On the morning of April 19, 2025, the “Youth Day and Resolution 57” program welcomed over 100 outstanding all-around students from the University of Science – VNU HCM. Notably, students who successfully passed the on-the-spot interviews received career orientation from mentors and were offered jobs immediately.

During the program, the students visited and experienced the CT Innovation Hub, interacted with 9 core 4.0 technologies, and explored the creative work environment at CT Group, along with many exclusive benefits for young talents with innovative achievements.

“Stepping into the corporation, I was truly surprised by the diversity of industries and technologies. There were so many new things I could learn from this visit. It also helped me gain career orientation and identify the profession I want to pursue in the future. I now feel much more motivated to study harder and explore more in order to conquer new technological fields. If I’m lucky, I hope to intern and work at CT Group, which offers very attractive benefits,” said Nguyen Van Chau (third-year student, majoring in Information Technology).

A special highlight of the program was the opportunity for students to directly engage with the corporation’s leaders and representatives from tech companies to explore career opportunities, compensation policies, and take part in on-site interviews at the hot recruitment zone. By the end of the event, several outstanding students had successfully passed interviews and received immediate job offers.

As one of the successful candidates who passed the on-the-spot interview, Do Ngoc Phuong Trinh (second-year student, majoring in Biotechnology) shared: “The on-site recruitment session was a wonderful and convenient opportunity. I never thought a second-year student like me could have the chance to be interviewed. I’m truly grateful to the mentors who encouraged us to confidently present ourselves and our career aspirations. I feel so happy and lucky to have passed the interview and to work in such an amazing environment. I look forward to many great experiences at the company.”

“The on-site interview process during the event was very convenient for me and my peers. I was overjoyed and overwhelmed with emotion when I found out I had passed the interview. I never thought I’d have the opportunity to work for such a large corporation like CT Group,” said Thanh Truong (second-year student, majoring in Biotechnology), emotionally.
