In order to realize the aspiration of leading Tay Ninh into a new era of development and making it a model province in scientific and technological development, innovation, and digital transformation among the leading provinces in the region, on the afternoon of December 15, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee signed a cooperation agreement with CT Group on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and CT Group witnessed the signing of the cooperation memorandum between the two parties.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Han stated that Tay Ninh is located on the East–West economic corridor; borders Ho Chi Minh City, the country’s major economic center and the hub of the Southeast region; lies at the gateway to the Mekong Delta; has a border of approximately 369 km adjacent to the Kingdom of Cambodia; and has four international border gates and three border-gate economic zones.
Tay Ninh’s investment environment has continuously ranked among the top in the country in terms of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI); industrial land reserves are abundant, and transport infrastructure has consistently received attention for synchronized planning.
The province’s economic growth rate in 2025 (GRDP) reached 9.52%, ranking second in the Southeast region and eighth nationwide; the industrial–construction sector increased by 12.76%; budget revenue reached VND 49,161 billion, achieving 130% of the plan; public investment disbursement reached 77.57% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister; and domestic and foreign investment attraction recorded more than 4,600 newly registered enterprises, with total registered capital exceeding VND 35,000 billion.

This serves as a favorable foundation for Tay Ninh to enter a new phase of development cooperation, focusing on enhancing innovation capacity, developing the digital economy and digital society, while at the same time forming new high value-added technology industries and sectors.
The two cooperation contents signed with CT Group on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, and on the development of strategic technology products to realize Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW as well as research and development of a UAV technology complex and an international service ecosystem to attract domestic and foreign talent, serve as a foundation to open up the development orientation of Tay Ninh’s unmanned aerial vehicle technology ecosystem.
Research, fabrication, manufacturing, testing, operation, workforce training, and application activities across various fields of management, production, and daily life, together with research into forming an internationally standardized green and smart urban development model, serving as a core nucleus, will help Tay Ninh promote local high-tech industry and innovation.
Tay Ninh commits to creating the most favorable conditions for CT Group to effectively implement the cooperation contents, and at the same time will direct provincial departments and agencies to promptly support and guide legal and administrative procedures throughout the project implementation process.
On the basis of the signed memorandum, Tay Ninh expects CT Group to leverage its strengths in technology, resources, and implementation capacity to promptly translate the cooperation into feasible activities, products, and projects that are suitable to local conditions and compliant with current regulations.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of CT Group Trần Kim Chung affirmed that the cooperation signing program with Tay Ninh is a particularly important milestone to jointly conquer the aspiration of leading Tay Ninh into a new era of development, to become a typical model in the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation of Vietnam and of the region.
Sharing the same vision and aspiration, CT Group comes to Tay Ninh with a series of comprehensive solutions to work together with the province to successfully realize major goals in the spirit of Resolution No. 57.
CT Group is ready to join Tay Ninh in comprehensively implementing digital transformation through three main axes on the foundation of citizen digital transformation that has basically been implemented; organizational digital transformation; and the national digital twin.
CT Group commits to long-term accompaniment, systematic investment, and decisive implementation, taking deep responsibility through to the end, and commits to realizing Tay Ninh’s representative product, namely unmanned aerial vehicles.
