Continuing the series of “Open Talk 57” events organized exclusively for well-rounded outstanding students from various universities, nearly 150 students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking attended the program on the morning of April 11, 2025.
In a vibrant atmosphere filled with diverse activities from technology tours and innovation showcases to career counseling, benefit and compensation discussions, and innovation contests students expressed great excitement and appreciation for the program. It was designed not only to encourage creativity but also to open up career paths and comprehensive development opportunities for young talents.
Dang Bao Han (a third-year student majoring in Finance and Banking at the Ho Chi Minh University of Banking) excitedly shared: “To describe the Open Talk 57 events in three words, I would say ‘Modern – Innovative – Ambitious.’ The program has inspired me a lot about innovation, the application of digital technology in many fields, and especially the opportunity to engage with new technologies from CT Group things I’ve only learned in books or through theory. This has greatly expanded my knowledge.”
“I think the “Peace of Mind to Innovate” recruitment program, offering a salary of up to 20 million VND per month for fresh graduates, is a very generous and attractive policy, similar to the practices in developed countries. With such a high salary, I also have to ask myself what I need to do, what I must strive for, in order to create value that matches the policy the corporation has applied for students,” Tran Hoang Son (a third-year student at the Ho Chi Minh University of Banking) said.
