On the afternoon of April 6th, a delegation from Tay Ninh province, led by the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Le Van Han, visited and worked with CT Group in Ho Chi Minh City. Also participating in the delegation was the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Huynh Van Son.

During the meeting, both sides focused on exchanging and discussing key issues related to science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation, aiming to concretize the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Tay Ninh province and CT Group on December 15, 2025. The cooperation focuses on developing strategic technology products, contributing to the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, and creating a foundation for science and technology-based economic growth.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Han emphasized that the signing of the cooperation agreement with CT Group is an important foundation for the province to continue implementing science and technology development programs, innovation, and digital transformation in the coming time. At the same time, the provincial leaders highly appreciated CT Group’s capabilities, strategic vision, and comprehensive technology ecosystem, and expressed their hope that the Group will partner with Tay Ninh in deploying new technology products, contributing to creating momentum for sustainable growth.

As part of the program, the delegation visited CT Group’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) manufacturing plant and high-tech center. These are typical models demonstrating the Group’s orientation towards developing advanced technology and an innovative ecosystem in the context of today’s strong digital transformation.
At the CT Group’s Digital Technology Park and the CT Innovation Hub 4.0, the delegation directly surveyed and learned about modern technology products and solutions, as well as practical application models in various fields. These results demonstrate CT Group’s clear development orientation in mastering technology and promoting innovation.

Notably, the UAV manufacturing plant is organized into a cluster model comprising five factories and functional centers, including: a PCB-SMT production plant; a research and manufacturing plant for next-generation aerospace composite materials; a research, manufacturing, and production center for advanced engines; a research and production center for high-tech batteries; and an assembly and packaging plant, as well as a technical support and supply chain center. This model demonstrates a modern, self-contained production capacity, meeting the requirements for developing high-tech products.
This visit and working session not only contributes to strengthening the cooperative relationship between Tay Ninh province and CT Group, but also opens up many new opportunities in attracting investment, transferring technology, developing high-quality human resources, and aiming towards building a digital economy and digital society in the locality in the future.
