- RISC-V Microcontroller Chip – A microcontroller based on the open RISC-V architecture, optimized for low-power operation and suitable for IoT applications, embedded devices, and automated control systems.
- RF Transceiver Chip – An integrated circuit that performs both high-frequency signal transmission and reception, used in industrial and civilian wireless communication systems.
Strategic Products Under Research and Development:
- Edge AI Chip – Designed to optimize data processing and decision-making directly at the device level, reducing latency and bandwidth requirements. Suitable for applications such as smart cameras, IoT devices, and real-time data analytics.
- High-Power Microwave Amplifier and Transceiver Modules – Designed using III-V compound semiconductor materials (such as GaAs and GaN) to achieve high performance across wide frequency bands. Applied in mobile communications, satellite systems, radar, and high-power electronic equipment.
Semiconductor Photolithography Technology: following the fabless model (design conducted domestically, fabrication carried out overseas), with the development of a collaborative network with foundries such as TSMC, UMC, and GlobalFoundries.
