This afternoon, CT Group held a working session with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UTH) to discuss orientations for cooperation in training high-quality human resources for the UAV sector and the Low Altitude Economy (LAE). The meeting took place in the context of CT Group accelerating investment in its strategic UAV and LAE technology ecosystem, which poses an urgent demand for engineers who are not only technologically proficient but also capable of business thinking, solution development and practical deployment.
During the session, the two sides focused on discussing the training program “Management – Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology”, aimed at supplying human resources aligned with the model of “High-tech solution business engineers.” The program seeks to concretize the Government’s strategic orientations on digital economy and high-tech industrial development, while closely adhering to the spirit of Decree No. 288/2025/NĐ-CP on the management of unmanned aircraft and other aerial vehicles, an important legal framework expanding the scope of UAV applications in socio-economic activities. The program is designed based on practical demands from enterprises, with CT Group identified as a reference entity participating in shaping training content, learning outcomes, and learners’ applied competencies.
In the spirit of accompanying the university, CT Group proposed direct contributions to the process of finalizing the training program, ensuring practicality, feasibility, and alignment with the human resource needs of the Group’s high-tech projects in the coming period. Through this cooperation, CT Group aims to contribute to the development of a high-tech human resource ecosystem and to support the national strategy for advancing key and spearhead technology industries.
