On November 14th, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM) hosted the 15th E-Talk session titled “Positioning Yourself in the Digital Era – AI or Humans in Control?”. CT Group representatives — Nguyen Quoc Dung, M.A., and Nguyen Vo Truong An, M.A., Deputy CEOs of CCTPA — joined the program as guest speakers.
As artificial intelligence becomes a driving force of digital transformation, the session offered students clearer perspectives on their role amid rapid technological change. The speakers encouraged students to approach AI as a supportive tool that enhances personal capability while preserving individual identity. They also discussed emerging career trends, recruitment expectations, and the skills young people need to adapt in an increasingly digitized environment.
Students raised questions about whether AI could replace humans in highly automated fields and how human roles might evolve as AI advances. The lively and direct exchanges reflected students’ genuine concerns about career orientation in the technological age.
Concluding the discussion, the speakers emphasized that AI remains a tool — one that cannot replace human judgment, lived experience, or core values. Young people, they noted, must equip themselves with digital thinking, professional resilience, and the ability to apply technology
