CT Group has entered into a partnership with the National University of Singapore (NUS) – one of the world’s most prestigious universities, ranked 8th globally and 1st in Asia according to the QS World University Rankings 2024 – to collaborate across multiple fields of technology. Recently, more than 70 outstanding NUS students visited CT Group to experience its core 4.0 technologies and explore career opportunities.
With a legacy of 120 years, NUS is regarded as Singapore’s pride in education. The university has long been the choice of global technology giants such as Google, Microsoft, Alibaba, and Grab, as well as leading research institutes in the U.S., Europe, and Japan, for collaborations in education, research, and entrepreneurship. Against that backdrop, NUS’s partnership with CT Group holds special significance, reflecting its high regard for the Vietnamese enterprise’s technological capabilities, innovation, and ambition to reach global horizons.
The visit and practical experience at CT Group by more than 70 outstanding NUS students and 6 staff members on September 23, marked a concrete step in the two sides’ cooperation program on education and talent development. During the visit, the students had first-hand exposure to CT Group’s technology ecosystem, particularly at the CT Innovation Hub 4.0 – a breakthrough innovation center built on a completely different model from traditional hubs. The space brings together the creativity of thousands of technology talents, connects resources from Vietnam and abroad, and operates on Web3, AI, and Blockchain platforms, enabling ideas to be digitized, valued, and commercialized almost instantly.

As part of the program, NUS students had the opportunity to witness first-hand the research achievements and technological products developed by Vietnamese talents across nine core technology sectors: Semiconductor Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Technology, Green Cryptocurrency, ESG Technology, CT Modulex (Zero-Emission Modular Housing), Electric Vehicles and Electric Trains, Quantum Technology, New Energy Technology, Gene & Cell Technology. Excitement and curiosity were evident on the faces of the students as they experienced technologies that until now they had only read about in books or academic studies.
Olivia, a student from NUS’s Faculty of Design and Engineering, shared her enthusiasm: “I was truly impressed visiting CT Group, especially exploring the advanced technologies at the CT Innovation Hub 4.0. For me, these sectors are very new and unique. In Singapore, there are also innovation hubs but with a different operating model, so I would love to have more hands-on experience with how things run here.”
NUS students were also introduced to CT Group’s working environment, career opportunities in high technology, and comprehensive employee benefits under its “Tam Tien” model built on three pillars: Future Zone – a six-star workplace with over one hundred amenities; a 360-degree welfare policy that takes care of employees and their families; and Agentic AI – an artificial intelligence assistant that optimizes daily work. Together, these demonstrate a professional, modern environment where people are at the center and technology is the driving force of growth.

Beyond its collaboration with Singapore, on September 23 CT Group also signed a memorandum of understanding with Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST), Taiwan (China) – home to more than 1,700 Vietnamese students and renowned for launching the first PhD program in Semiconductors approved by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education. A day earlier, on September 22, CT Group signed another MOU with National University of Kaohsiung (NUK), an institution known for its close partnership with TSMC in training high-level talent for the semiconductor industry.
By joining forces with two of Taiwan’s most prominent universities in semiconductor education, CT Group has built a direct bridge to elite talent. This not only strengthens Vietnam’s pool of high-quality human resources in semiconductors but also opens up new opportunities for research and development collaboration across the region.

Collaborating with international universities has long been a central focus in CT Group’s strategy to develop high-quality human resources, aiming to become a destination for technology talents — a place where young people can study, work, and innovate in a modern environment aligned with global trends. CT Group is affirming its pioneering role as a Vietnamese enterprise in connecting international talent and leveraging core 4.0 technologies to drive the nation’s sustainable development.
