C.T GROUP APPOINTS KUMHO ITS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR

On 21 December 2010, C.T Phuong Nam JSC (a member of C.T Group) signed a cooperative contract with KUMHO (Korea) and appointed it to be the main contractor for the C.T Plaza Nguyen Dinh Chieu project.

The C.T Plaza Nguyen Dinh Chieu project (at 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, district 3, Hochiminh city) is funded by Phuong Nam JSC, with a total investment of 1,600 billion dongs. The project has total construction areas of 48,000 square meters, with 24 floors and 3 basements.

The building will be a complex of business center, hotel, and high-class apartments which is constructed using state-of-the-art design. The construction will begin early in 2011 and is expected to finish in the third quarter of 2012.

Kumho is the No.1 construction corporation in Korea. By appointing this company its partner, C.T Phuong Nam hopes that the construction project will be done with the best quality and completed in the shortest time possible.
