With practical actions, CT Group has been demonstrating its aspiration to develop for the community, incubating the intellectual development of young Vietnamese people. Specifically, recently, CT Group launched a Talent Accquisition Center (TAC) with 6 suites in Ho Chi Minh City, 1 in Hanoi, and 1 international suite. This is the oriented center, where many senior leaders are trained for the second 30-year plan of CT Group.
In the context of Vietnam, young people have a lot of ambition but lack experience and direction. More than 90% of young people fail in just a few years. The Startup in Safe Mode (SSM) CT Group program implemented by TAC is the key to solving the problem of young entrepreneurs starting a business, so that the country’s talents can unleash their potential.
Currently, TAC is calling for talented young entrepreneurs and business owners to join the SSM program and become partners in the corp. Not only is an angel investor contributing early stage capital, but they are also contributing technology, consulting, training, and connecting customers and the global market.
