The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor reports that over 472 200 workers in 44 provinces and cities have had their working hours reduced, their contracts suspended, or they have taken unpaid leave, among other things. All of this is done as part of a strategy to prepare all resources, including finances, human resources, and expanding efforts to promote globalization.
