CT GROUP

Products developed by Vietnam, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and humanoid robots, are on display at the Exhibition of Scientific, Technological, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Achievements.

The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, opened on the morning of August 28. As part of the National Achievement Exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, the event has attracted numerous visitors interested in science, technology, and the country’s development.

Visitors can interact with and experience the humanoid robots developed by VinMotion. The company aims to develop robots for use in factories, warehouses, reception areas, or to assist with dangerous tasks in place of humans, such as operating in harsh environments or performing actions beyond human physical capability.

A 500 kV power transformer unit model with a capacity of 3×300 MVA is also on display. This product marks the first time Vietnam has fully mastered the technology to manufacture large-capacity transformers, which previously had to be imported.

The multi-purpose UAV model named Hera from RtR, a company founded by Dr. Luong Viet Quoc. When folded, Hera can fit inside a backpack, but it’s strong enough to lift objects weighing 15 kg. According to the manufacturer, Hera carries 10 times the payload of UAVs of the same size.

VConnex smart home devices. This startup boasts a diverse product range, from smart switches, motion sensors, smoke detectors, smart door locks, and smart plugs, to surveillance cameras.

Viewers interact with the Can Tho port model recreated in virtual space.

The Exhibition on Achievements in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation is open until September 5 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi.

Attendees were also seen interacting with a robot at the Ministry of Science and Technology’s exhibition space.
