On June 25th 2010, the signing ceremony of a comprehensive cooperation contract between VietinBank JSC and CT Group was organized formally at Moon Garden, 1A Ngo Van Nam, Ho Chi Minh City with the presence of top management of both partners and representatives of many foreign and local corporations.
Contract for strategic cooperation between the two sides were prepared for a long time and both parties expected the contract will exploit existing strengths from both sides with mutual effective support ; Thereby, Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade will support services of finance, consultation, payment, cards, and other services with funding equivalent to 2,000 billion.
And CT Group will support Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade to expand their network rapidly, to join many large projects in a more effective manner, and to develop more bank services, as well as increase banking card services quickly.
This is a good model of cooperation to strengthen the internal resources of Vietnamese enterprises are very encouraged by the State.
As known, CT Group is a leading strong unit in Vietnam with 36 member companies operating in 06 key areas have close links and synchronization, including: high-level Retail, Real Estate and New Urban investment, Food & Beverage – Entertainment & Healthcare – Education, Construction, Financial Investment, Plantation – Minerals and Ecological Tourist. These six areas show a lot of potential to expand and grow. On this occasion, representatives of CT Group said that firstly there are two companies in 36 member units of the Group will be on Ho Chi Minh City stock market in early 2011: International C &T Joint Stock Company and C.T Retail Company (CT Retail). In addition, Binh Nguyen Xanh Joint stock company will be on the stock market in 2012 with a careful preparation.
