Internal Activities:

  • CT Lotus has launched a new version with many new features.
  • CT Group’s volunteer team delivered relief to storm-affected areas in Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, and Lao Cai provinces (September 17–20, 2024), distributing 600 gifts and monetary support.

Diplomatic Activities:

  • CT Group hosted and worked with the Chairman of AICEP – Portugal’s Trade & Investment Agency (September 24, 2024).
  • Guangzhou Metro Corporation visited and collaborated with CT Group, opening new cooperation opportunities within the TOD strategy (September 24, 2024).
  • CT Group representatives offered valuable suggestions for the city at a meeting between the Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and prominent businesses (September 28, 2024).
  • CT Group attended the celebration of Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day (September 19, 2024), China’s National Day (October 1, 2024), and Germany’s National Day (October 3, 2024).
  • CT Group representatives participated in the opening ceremony of Military Academy 2 (September 20, 2024).

Business:

CT Semiconductor (Semiconductor Technology):

  • CT Group partnered with Arizona State University (USA) to develop semiconductor talent in Vietnam and the region (September 17, 2024).
  • On September 18, 2024, CT Group officially made its debut on the global semiconductor map.
  • The ATP Semiconductor Technician Training Center, part of CT Semiconductor (a member of CT Group), was officially inaugurated at the National Innovation Center (NIC), Hoa Lac High-Tech Park (Hanoi) on October 1, 2024.
  • CT Semiconductor launched the “Train for the Trainer” program for semiconductor chip assembly, testing, and packaging.
  • CT Semiconductor introduced the AMB5600 chip testing machine, the first of its kind in Vietnam’s training system, to support research and training at the center (October 1, 2024).

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles):

  • CT UAV secured a contract for selling UAVs for Carbon Credit.
  • CT UAV is researching UAV applications for early detection of landslides, flash floods, and finding buried victims.
  • CT UAV designed the UAV Zone at the Innovation Hub at 20 Truong Dinh, District 3.
  • CT UAV is working with domestic partners to deploy its products in the Mekong Delta.
  • CT UAV is preparing to develop Drone Light Shows in Vietnam.
  • CT UAV donated drones for dengue fever prevention and trained local forces at the Thu Duc City Health Office and Medical Center.

CT Solar Homes (New Energy Technology):

  • CT Solar Homes and Solarvest are working on a rooftop solar project in Song Than.
  • CT Solar Homes and CATL (the world’s No. 1 Energy Storage Solution provider) are conducting feasibility studies for ESS packages for the C&I segment in Vietnam.
  • On September 19, 2024, Lian Tat (Taiwan) proposed to participate in renewable energy projects led by CT Solar Homes.

CCTPA (Carbon Credit Trading Platform):

  • CCTPA is localizing two of the world’s leading Carbon Credit platforms, scheduled to launch in Q4.
  • CCTPA promises to provide the fastest and most cost-effective carbon credits for organizations.
  • CCTPA presented the paper “Industrial Transformation: A New Driving Force for Sustainable Development” at the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum (September 25, 2024).
  • CCTPA made several practical contributions at the 2024 Green Economy Forum (September 19, 2024).
  • CCTPA coordinated with Dong Thap Department of Science & Technology to organize a workshop on greenhouse gas inventory (September 24, 2024).
  • CCTPA and TÜV Rheinland Vietnam successfully hosted an ISO training course (September 19–20, 2024).

Realcoin:

  • REALCOIN and CCTPA are exploring options to drive dual transformation (green and digital transformation) in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Railway:

  • The central government approved the 350 km/h high-speed railway route from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. CT Group reiterated its proposal for a 350 km/h high-speed rail line from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho, with an extension to Ca Mau in phase 2.

Real Estate:

  • On September 26, 2024, Thu Duc City People’s Committee issued Decision No. 12136 regarding the addition of underground construction space to the 1/2000 zoning plans, paving the way for detailed planning approvals for investment projects in the area.
  • By early October 2024, the Metro Star project is expected to have its master plan approved, moving towards an updated construction permit.
  • CT Plaza Nguyen Hong: Focus on resolving legal issues, upgrading the showroom, and construction site.
  • CT Group urged the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to accelerate the 62.8-hectare social housing project in Binh Chanh and separate the Vinh Loc Ecological Lake project.
