On the morning of July 29, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to hear CT Group Joint Stock Company present its design concept for a high-tech industrial park in Hung Thuan Commune. Also in attendance were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Son and Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh.

The proposed project spans 400 hectares, comprising a 200-hectare 4.0 high-tech industrial park and a 200-hectare smart green urban development.
The high-tech industrial park is expected to attract industries such as aircraft manufacturing, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and microchips, focusing on smart production, digital transformation, and green transition. The project will leverage breakthrough technologies like automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and Big Data.

The smart green urban area will be planned with an ecological approach, preserving natural terrain, water bodies, and green spaces. It will integrate technology in its design and operation to reduce carbon emissions, minimize pollution, and utilize renewable energy sources like solar power.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, expressed agreement with the investor’s concept. He assigned the Department of Construction to review and adjust the planning to suit current conditions and to coordinate closely with the enterprise to implement the next steps.
