The Better Choice Awards 2025 Gala was not merely an annual awards ceremony, but a stage where technology and art converged.

On the evening of October 3, the Better Choice Awards 2025 Gala celebrated outstanding products, services, and innovative solutions that serve consumers.

The event was co-organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC), VCCorp, and the Ministry of Finance.

This year’s Gala distinguished itself as more than an awards night – it became an immersive showcase of innovation and creativity in Vietnam. Attendees experienced a striking stage design inspired by a smart city, enhanced with a spectacular fusion of music, lighting, and contemporary performance. Highlights included the live appearance of electric vehicles, intelligent robots, and cutting-edge devices – symbolic icons of the innovation era.

In the Innovation category, Do Green – Waste Gasification Technology won the award for Breakthrough Initiative in Green Technology & Sustainable Energy, underscoring its commitment to sustainable development.

In healthcare, the Long Châu Digital Health Record was recognized as the Breakthrough Solution in Digital Healthcare & Wellness, contributing to the modernization of Vietnam’s public health system.

The BE Super App received the award for Breakthrough Solution in Digital Transportation, reflecting the strong growth of digital mobility services.

In education, University Lecture Online integrated with The Forum Education Vietnam’s Learning Chatbot was honored with the award for Breakthrough Solution in Digital Education, opening up more flexible and equitable access to knowledge.

Notably, Samsung Galaxy AI continued to be recognized as the Pioneering AI Brand for Vietnamese Consumers. Alongside this, Cake Digital Bank by VPBank earned the award for Pioneering “Make in Vietnam” AI Platform, highlighting the convergence of artificial intelligence and domestic digital financial services.

For the first time, the Consumer Finance Awards spotlighted young individual customers, with ACB’s preferential lending program winning the Creative Credit Solution Award, affirming its strategy to support a new generation of clients.

In the category of breakthrough cashless payment solutions, the victory went to KienlongBank’s MyShop & Paybox Financial Management Suite, a toolkit enabling small merchants and household businesses to easily adopt digital payment systems.

The award for Outstanding AI-Powered Digital Banking was presented to Cake by VPBank, recognizing its leadership in personalizing financial experiences through artificial intelligence.

Notably, Vikki Digital Bank was named Innovative Digital Bank of the Year, underscoring the potential of next-generation digital banks. Meanwhile, HDBank received the award for Breakthrough Financial Ecosystem, highlighting its ability to integrate diverse services, from banking and investment to insurance, within a single platform.

This year’s Smart Choice Awards spotlighted a wave of AI-driven products. Hay AI Social Network surprised audiences by winning Trend-Setting Technology Product, reflecting a powerful shift in how Vietnamese users interact and create content.

The award for Outstanding Vietnamese-Language AI Solution went to Galaxy AI, marking a pioneering step in localizing artificial intelligence for Vietnamese users. A standout feature of Galaxy AI is that it was developed directly by Vietnamese engineers at the Samsung R&D Center in Vietnam.

In healthcare, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Series was honored with the award for Breakthrough in Health Tech Innovation, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 triumphed in the category of Breakthrough Design in Tech Devices, affirming Samsung’s leadership in form-factor innovation.

Finally, the Samsung AI TV Neo QLED 8K QN950F was recognized as the Breakthrough Device for Multimedia Experience, becoming a highlight of the premium home entertainment trend.
