On July 17th, C.T Group organized sponsorship ceremony for the juniors of victims in the accident of collapsed Len Co stone filed in People’s Committee of Nam Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province. C.T Group have donated to these boys and girls from now to the time when they finish university graduation programs. By this way, money will be directly transferred to their account (if they are over 18 years old) and to private attorney (if they are under 18) every three months. The sponsor amount of C.T Group is expected to nearly 7.5 billion Vietnam dongs with specific items as follows:
- Kindergarten: 500.000 dong/month
- Primary school: 600.000 dong/month
- Secondary school: 700.000 dong/month
- High school: 800.000 dong/month
- University, College, Professional school, Vacational school: 1.500.000 dong/month
C.T Group will make opportunities for them to work in some membering companies of C.T Group thoughout Vietnam after they graduate from universities. On this occasion, C.T Group will supervise their study results at each term to ensure that they have full schooling and get good results.
Len Co stone field was collapsed on April 1st. This accident caused 18 deaths of stone-exploiting workers, leaving 55 orphaned juniors (Kindergarten: 13, Primary school: 9, Secondary school: 13, High school: 14 and University: 6). On April 5th, C.T Group have sent the official dispatch to People’s Committee of Nghe An province to sponsor for these juniors.
