In the semiconductor sector, CT Group is investing in a fully integrated semiconductor ecosystem, encompassing semiconductor chip design, the development of the GaN (Group III–V compound semiconductor) chip photolithography fabrication facility, and ATP (Assembly, Testing, and Packaging) manufacturing plants.

CT Semiconductor is building the first semiconductor assembly, packaging, and testing (ATP) factory mastered by Vietnamese technology, located at the CT Group High-Tech R&D Center on DT743, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (near Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City).

Diginal specializes in the design of ADC chips, Edge AI chips, IoT chips, and other application-specific chips using III–V compound technology.
