CT Semiconductor has launched a project to build Vietnam’s first III–V Compound photolithography fabrication plant (FAB) dedicated to manufacturing high-power specialty chips and other civil semiconductor chips.

Diginal specializes in the design of ADC chips, Edge AI chips, IoT chips, and other application-specific chips using III–V compound technology.
