Family Day is an annual event held by CT Group during the Mid-Autumn Festival, bringing together all employees and their families. This celebration not only brings joy and laughter to the children but also strengthens the bonds and relationships among the families of the group’s staff.
The evening features a variety of engaging activities, including traditional folk games, cultural performances, and a diverse food fair that attracts many families.
Kids get to enjoy the festive lantern procession, illuminated by the sparkling star lanterns, and share in the fun of mooncake cutting, creating unforgettable memories.
A highlight of this year’s Family Day is the award ceremony recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of employees’ children. From preschoolers to newly admitted university students, all are rewarded to encourage and acknowledge their hard work in their studies.
CT Group not only hosts Family Day but also places great importance on other family-oriented activities. Recently, for the Vu Lan festival in July, the company provided employees with a special 5-day paid leave to honor their parents and loved ones. This is a rare benefit in the market.
