CT Group’s semiconductor ecosystem is capable of mastering core technologies:

• Semiconductor IC Design Technology: Diginal specializes in designing AI chips, IoT chips, and specialized ICs utilizing CMOS semiconductor technology.
• Semiconductor Fabrication Technology: Operating on a fabless model (domestic design, overseas manufacturing), the group has established a collaborative network with leading foundries such as TSMC, UMC, and GlobalFoundries. Specifically for III-V Compound technology, CT Semiconductor has initiated a project to construct Vietnam’s first III-V Compound Semiconductor Fab, dedicated to manufacturing specialized high-power chips and other commercial chips.
• Assembly, Testing, and Packaging (ATP) Technology: CT Semiconductor has established a comprehensive ATP facility, progressively mastering the end-to-end semiconductor value chain: from IC design and fabrication to assembly, packaging, and testing.

If conditions are created, from now to 2027, CT Group completes the entire process of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry from the design stage to the final product, producing many types of high-end chips, including chips belonging to the fields of security – defense – national security ensuring chip security for Vietnam.
