CT Semiconductor is a trusted partner specializing in semiconductor chip assembly, test and packing (ATP) among OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) companies. CT Semiconductor is currently establishing three OSAT factories (two in the South and one in the North of Vietnam), two R&D centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and especially, two customer service centers in Silicon Valley and Phoenix, Arizona.

CT Semiconductor is currently enrolling for the “Seed Talent – Train for the Trainer” program to develop a high-quality team of ATP semiconductor chip technicians, in alignment with the government’s vision for the industry.

CT Semiconductor’s first factory is located in the Song Than Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.

The ATP Semiconductor Chip Technician Training Center CT Semiconductor was o­cially inaugurated and commenced operations at the National Innovation Center in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hanoi, on October 1st, 2024
